If the party girl replaces the guide, does that mean she dies when a voodoo doll is burned? Can the guide spawn later? How does this work?

Excactly what would happen, guide spawns(I think most times he’s first one) if he’s not there

Guide will spawn eventually. You'll just need to ensure there are enough houses for him to move into.

The guide will move into a house, and then you can use the voodoo doll.

Since I've posted this, I've tried speedrunning the WoF and got to killing it in 10 seconds with mid-hardmode gear in classic, pretty fun. Poor guide, being slaughtered over 14 times within 2 minutes, glad I figured out I could kill him, lol.
