In account details there's a Re-logic games owned section. You just select what you have there.

There should be a title "Steampunker" for verifying that you own it on Steam.

No, that one's just for connecting TCF and Steam.
Though that did used to be the requirement for official terrarian.

Official Terrarian - requirements
If you’re asking how do you prove that you play the game in connection with trying to get the Certifiably Terrarian title here on the forums, you’ve already received that title (by simply checking the box that you own Terraria in the section “Re-Logic Games owned”).

Official Terrarian - Previous requirements
It used to be that you would have to prove you owned the game by linking your steam account and having the system confirm that you owned the game on steam. It has since been changed to give you the trophy if you checked the box in your profile that you owned it. This made it more inclusive so that GOG, Console, and Mobile Players could get the trophy as well, instead of just PC Steam players.

Steampunker - requirements
The Steampunker title is awarded after you link your steam account. You set your steam profile fully public, link it here on TCF (https://forums.terraria.org/index.php?account/connected-accounts/). The trophy system will check periodically during the day (it’s not instant) and will award the TCF trophy. After you get the trophy, you can unlink your steam. It won’t take away the trophy from you.
