Sometimes in people's signature there's a blue box that says spoiler that often gets used to make your signature expandable as to not be as long. How do I do that?

The best way is to add a spoiler, which you can do with this:
[!!!SPOILER="example title"]text[/SPOILER!!!]
just remove the 6 "!" and it'll be a spoiler

You can create your signature here:

To make a spoiler, you would type:
[spoiler=Title of spoiler]This will show in the spoiler when opened up[/spoiler]

Or, you can use the spoiler button in the editor. It looks like this:

You'll Type the following into your spoiler;

Spoiler: Example

[/SPOILER
In this example, the ] is missing from the ending Spoiler, you'll need that to make the Spoiler, but if I type it I won't be able to show you the code. Everything beyond the = will be the name, ending with the first ]

So how it will look once completed,

And you can have numerous of these inside each other,
