How to I make terraria PIXLE art?

i don't know where this go's so I'm putting here.

Basicly I want to know how I can do terraria art like the one people put in the seggestions treads. I got an iPad and a Crome book. So help a terrain out!

More accurately: look up a sprite you like, or if you're creative, make a fresh idea, then get a bunch of blocks that match the color palette you need as closely as possible, for example obsidian would often be a good border choice. If you have a way to support them, you can use gravity affected blocks. Generally building from the base up is a good strategy if you use gravity affected blocks, and may just help in general. Start small though to get a feel for pixel art.
