I like how you portrayed me as sad, but I think you got t the dress wrong. I'm pretty sure there was no gem on it.
Edit: Actually, there is a gem, but it's a necklace. The gem is also heart shaped.

Also the application thread might change a bit from the previous Hysteria applications. However, @Huzbubber Tim decides so. If he is ready to start applications, then he shall say so.
