Mobile I can't download terraria on device with minimum spec. (Samsung galaxy J3 2016)

My phone is "don't compatible" with terraria 1.3, but have minimum spec at the same time. So minimum spec for android is:
•Android 4.3+
•OpenGL ES 3.0
•+1GB ram
My phone have:
•OpenGL ES 3.0 GFXBench - Unified cross-platform 3D graphics benchmark database
• 1-2GB ram Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) - Full phone specifications
•android 5.1.1
I can't even download a game. Please help.
