one: if your world was overwrited is there a way to get it back?
two:some weapons especially the lunar flare when using stop you from moving and the lunar flare just stops you and the only was to stop is is to leave the game

Unless you have your world backed up on an external source, unfortunately there's no way to get it back. And with Xbox One removing the ability to back up to a usb drive, it makes it impossible. However, Pipeworks has said that the next bugfix patch will include a fix for the online mulitplayer world overwrite bug.

Not sure about the lunar flare stopping you from moving. If you could send in all your information with as much detail as possible to the developers directly, that may help them track down the source of the bug. Include everything you can like what armor, vanity, dyes you are wearing, what size world, anything else that is happening at the same time or right before, if it happens every time or only sometimes, etc: https://fs30.formsite.com/505games/form15/index.html
