Are you trying to play multiplayer locally with someone else on the same wifi network? Right now iOS and android are on different multiplayer versions and can't play together. But hopefully it'll be fixed soon, not sure.
Or are you trying to play multiplayer using a third party app? If that's the case, I have no idea.
