Maybe we can just use ZeroTier One, since the server port is kind of essential. Here's a tutorial (it's not too complicated, don't worry):

Just a caution for anyone that joins worlds using zerotier. It's a third-party tool and unexpected things can happen to your characters and worlds. Some players are not able to enter their main world with their main character on single player after playing on worlds that use third-party tools. You can of course use whatever tools you want with your game, but any strange gameplay that occurs after using third-party tools are things that are outside of the purview of the development team, so using the tools are at your own risk.
