Neoshadow Ω

Steampunker
Basically, this one would be a craftable book that would log all the bosses you've beaten with it in your inventory.

Example: The first time you beat the Eye of Cthulhu with this item in your inventory, it will record the Eye and its attacks. The Log would go a little something like this:

Eye of Cthulhu
A giant eyeball that can only come out at night. It can be summoned by using a Suspicious-Looking Eye. Once summoned, it will fly towards you, summoning Servants of Cthulhu. Occasionally, it will attempt to ram you. Once it has been lowered to half of its maximum Health, its iris will be torn off to reveal a gaping tooth-filled maw beneath. At this stage, it can only ram you, but it will hurt more whist doing so. It can no longer summon its Servants in this stage.
*Hand drawn Eye of Cthulhu and its second form*

Example 2: The first time you beat Golem with this item in your inventory, it will record the Golem and its attacks. The Log would go something like this:

Golem
A giant stone statue brought to life by a Lihzard Power Cell, but only in the Lihzard Temple in the Underground Jungle. It will bounce around, shooting fireballs and its Fists at you, retracting the Fists with chains connected to them. The Fists are destructable. However, they have their own Health and only damaging the Head will damage Golem as a whole. When enough damage is dealt to its Head, it will begin firing lasers. When it is damaged further, it will separate from the Core and start flying around. It is invincible in this stage, and will fire lasers and fireballs. Only the Core can be damaged. If the Fists have not yet been destroyed, they will fire more rapidly.
*Hand drawn Golem, Golem Head, and Golem Core*

Any biomes, including small ones like Marble, will show up in green text in logs.

Any enemies, including body parts or spawns of bosses, will show up in
orange text in logs.

Any boss summoning items will show up in
red text in logs.

This item is a direct reference to the Journals from the TV series, Gravity Falls, and its second tooltip (Trust no one!) is a direct quote from the book.

It is also an indirect nod to the Enemy-Scanning system from certain games in the Metroid series.

This item is essentially an in-game Boss Wiki for any bosses already beaten, so the player can use it whenever they'd like to re-fight a boss and remember the basics of the fight.

Thanks to @ItzDaBash and his "Lore Book" Suggestion for inspiration for this!

I feel like it would be a little useless but hey, it's a cheap recipe for a nice little trinket. Support ;)
