Mobile Jungle didnt change

Defeated by The Twins. Killed Skeletron Prime. Killed Destroyer. KIlled The Twins. But The Jungle Did Not Change.. why?
 
I personally can't help you, but it would greatly help whoever can help you if you specified the console (like Xbox 360, PS4, etc.).

And to answer your question, it might be that the game didn't recognize all three bosses (Twins, Skelly Prime, Destroyer) being killed. Trying killing one again - whichever one is easiest for you. If that doesn't do it, then unfortunately you may need to kill the other two again.
 
Your supposed to find Plantera bulbs btw. There is no MASSIVE change in the jungle. All you get is Plantera Bulbs when the text, 'The Jungle Grows Restless' pops up. Just give it some time and the bulbs and chlorophyte, if I'm not mistaking, will show up.
