Weapons & Equip Le Rainbow Cloak

Well time for a suggestion anyways
The Rainbow Cloak would be well a cloak but it has a special feature:
It makes the player leave a trail of rainbows that last for 1 second cool?Right?BUT the rainbows would be able to do a short amount of dmg depending on your armor say you have 70 armor the trail would do 40 or 15 per second (it's being rounded up )dmg per half second for one second
(Deciding to do one half or fourth)
So how is it made? You might be asking
It could be made by:
20 unicorn horns 30 pixie dust and 20 souls of light and sight
It (might?) be able to be upgraded by combing it with angel wings to create
Rainbow Wings they would do the same thing but would have to flight of fire,ice,etc

So what do you think?needs tweaking or fixing well then post anything that should be fixed

Or it could just be vanity, while still leaving a trail of rainbows. It could cycle through the color spectrum like rainbow bricks.

maybe a cloak/cape that leaves a trail depending on what you dye it... and stacks with the rune wizard set.

i personally love the original idea. perhaps a little too overpowered depending on the armour type. say 1/3 instead of 1/2 of the armour rating
