Xbox One Legacy conversion process not working - XBOX 1

Is anyone experiencing this issue?
The game does not proceed further that the screen showing " Converting worlds. This may take several minutes".

Have left this running overnight with no joy

Reported to 505 support. Opened ticket- 505 acknowledge the issue and are working on a fix but cannot give an indication of when this will be fixed!

There is a trick to moving saves from xbox 360 to xbox one. The saves have to go into the same slot number. Example. The world you want to migrate from your 360 is in world slot no3, you have to place it into world slot 3 on your xbox one. Same thing applies to characters.
