Game Mechanics Lihzahrd Tribunal: Room in a Jungle Temple that gives you challenges.

Last idea for now before I truly take a break from the site. Need some time to myself. But this was on my mind.

One thing that is very lacking in content is the Jungle Temple. There are very few enemies, and even the boss kinda underperforms at that stage of the game.

One way to fix this is to offer the Lihzahrd Tribunal, which is a giant room that can be found in it. This room has skeletons and stuff. The Tribunal Room has a giant orange stone wheel. Putting in a new item, a Tribunal Token (dropped from Lihzahrds) allows you to turn it on, and activate the challenges. When that happens, the background opens and a bunch of Lihzahrds and Goblins are seen in an audience like setting.

Some Lihzahrds are seen playing the drums and doing a dance in the background.

This starts the Tribunal event. The wheel rotates and it lands on a weird symbol. A random enemy horde spawns, and the goal is to kill them and survive the challenge. Winning challenges (up to a certain amount of waves), makes the wheel rotate again, and then something else occurs, usually another wave.

Wave status message: *PLAYER NAME* versus (whatever name of horde/miniboss)

The people in the audience seem to be cheering you on.

Enemies spawned would probably need to be unique.

Annihilator: Annihilators are minibosses that resembles an orange stone form of the Destroyer. They have a weak spot, the center of their bodies, which is a Annihilators move in diagonal patterns, and scan a homing laser at you every now and then. It can be dodged, since it simply rotates the beam at you slowly, but it hurts a lot. The center of their body glows to warn you.

Annihilators spawn in pairs, moving in diagonal patterns.

Cockatrice: Green chicken-like enemies that fly at you for a short time and spit poisonous barbs that explode. Pretty hardy.

Lihzahrd Mk.2: Cyborg Lihzahrds on chains. Look like prisoners that have glowing eyes and part stone bodies. They have chains with blocks that fling at you like a flail. This flail deals a shockwave at short range. Hardy enemies.

Lihzahrd Rider: These guys ride bicycles made from ancient materials, and have explosives on their backs. These bicycle riders glide too. They are fast, and explode on contact unless killed quickly. They often spawn in other Lihzahrd hordes.

Lihzahrd Drummer: They drum the ballad playing during the event. And produce note shockwaves left and right. They are kind of deadly, but do not move.

Duke Wasp: Giant wasp miniboss. Continually shoots a rapid amount of stingers.

Totem of Premonition: Giant totem miniboss that stays still and makes rocks rain, and also shooting sun like projectiles that wall phase. Spawns alone.

Any other enemies ???

The Tribunal is not required for progression, but it acts as a fun way to get some rewards and fight cool creatures. You have to kill all enemies to win a wave.

Win an entire Tribunal (about 6 to 7 waves, or maybe more) to get the Lihzahrd King vanity set, which gives you a cool royal appearance and lihzahrd skin suit.

This doesn't sound like it fits in Terraria, and it wouldn't improve the Jungle Temple much. It would just add side content without making the Temple itself more worthwhile to visit or working with the identity of the location. It might as well be totally detached.
