PC Looking for mods of my dreams

I know it's a bit overpowerd but I'm looking for some mods or developers that are capable of creating a few mods that I dreamed once.

First mod that dreamed was a mod where I could equip all the game's accessories or get the bonus of all of them.

The second mod I dreamed of was a mod where I could use potions without waiting time.

and the last one, a mod where my weapons go up levels increasing their characteristics in an unlimited way.

This is as close to having maximum power of every accessory as you'll get

Craft all your potions into the ultimate accessory, this does stack with potion effects too

As for the last one, well it's not for weapons, but there's plenty of RPG mods out there that make you stronger as you go.
