tModLoader Magic Storage

I was using Magic Storage - Extra and I tried to upgrade my crimtane storage blocks to hallowed it made any bocks at the same y-axis as it turn invisible and when i tried to mine the hallowed storage container, tModLoader crashed. Does anyone have a way to fix this or advice on what to do?

We really need this mod to go into core mechanic of the Terraria.

Is there a way MS can craft items from Journey Mode and not consume already researched items that are stored?
So, instead of going to the duplication menu, creating multiple items from there, then transferring them to MS, then crafting from MS, just do this with one click inside MS crafting.
