Make an item OP game.

It shoots really tall crystals that split apart into 3 crystals of 1/3 the tallness, and the middle one explodes, dealing huge damage, but the other 2 crystals also do the same thing.
Also, it's renamed as "Cantor Crystal."

lasts 10 times longer, enemies that spawn in that time have 10x drops, enemies that spawn in that time do no damage or debuffs and have 1 health

The last prism
 
First of all, it is obtainable via combining Soul of Light and Soul of Night, making 2 souls each time. Second, it can now be used as a weapon. Left click will throw the soul at the direction of your cursor. Upon hitting an enemy, they will be locked at where they are, glowing in a bright light and take damage over time. Eventually they will blow up and take massive damage. The damage of these attacks is based on your current health (50% of max health for the initial damage, slowly scales up to 100%, explosion deals 500%). Right click will give invincibility to the player for 1 second, with no cooldown.

Chain Guillotines.
 
When held, all clay blocks in a 500-block radius turn into the pumpkins that the Horseman's Blade creates.
