NPCs & Enemies Make Empress Wings 100% drop chance when daytime

I think people deserve it not less than Terraprisma if they managed to beat such difficult boss and for preventing farming of it. Also good for speedrunners but risky especially on hardcore where almost no one would do that so I guess that's balanced.
