The Rubblemaker is an absolutely amazing tool for builders and was one of my favorite additions in 1.4.4! But sadly for some reason, it's only available at the beginning of Hardmode. I know I and many other builders would appreciate it if it was made available in Pre-Hardmode, especially since it is just a decorative tool. And it doesn't have to be available as soon as the Goblin Tinkerer moves in. I would be fine if it was unlocked after defeating a boss like Skeletron. Making it purchasable in Pre-Hardmode would also match the possible change of making the Dryads potted plants available in Pre-Hardmode.
As a side note, it would be nice to have some missing objects added to the Rubblemaker including Stalactites and Stalagmites, Pots, Oasis plants, Life Fruit, and decorative Demon/Crimson Altars.
