Items Mechanical Arm!

After the golem has died, You can get the Cyborg to give you a mechanical arm to look cooler, expect, it comes with a cost, that being you're arm. It wouldnt do anything, but make you look cool. It would remove the lateral epicondyle part of you're arm *Not the top part, the bottom part with the hand* ONLY for the arm you use weapons for. So yeah, it'd just make ya look cool. The End, imma go eat 30 apples now.

I'd personally prefer the idea of just some sort of purchasable vanity item, not some sort of upgrade that does nothing. Also, why is this thread tagged Mac?
