1.part of the buttons are constantly closed with your fingers. I do not see them. Is it possible to move them up as in screenshot_1?

often a situation occurs when in battle the right big button switches to a torch or pickaxe ... why do we need a small attack button next to the big one, if using the small one is not always convenient. and why not make this little button have a function like that of a big one (using an actual item), and the big button would use ONLY my chosen item + aiming (as it is now). all this in the screenshot_2.
very angry when, due to the auto change of my subject to the one that the game considered relevant, the character does not quite what is needed.
