I was wondering what requirements need to be met in order for chlorophyte to spawn and spread. Also, if anyone has any chlorophyte mining tips, that would be great.

Hi @IBCabbage, chlorophyte will start to grow in the underground jungle in hardmode. Once you have a pickaxe that can mine chlorophyte, I'd recommend bringing some mining potions and spelunker potions to the jungle for a mining session.

On mobile you're able to find a drax in shadow chests so it's possible to mine chlorophyte right away in hardmode (if you find some, it does take some time for it to grow). Without a drax, you'll need to kill the three mechanical bosses to get the materials for a pickaxe that is able to mine it.
