Mod request: Log every single thing in the game!

Not sure how many people are interested in this, but I'm really interested!

This mod should be able to log everything, like picking up an item, crafting an item, killing a slime etc.

With all this information, we can produce other useful "achievements", like crafted 800 out of 900 total possible recipes, or killed 1000 zombies!
With a cool app or desktop application, we can now easily get the idea how complete our experience with Terraria is and what we can try in our following months.

There is already a mod called Boss Checklist that adds an in-game checklist of completed bosses, it supports a few mods as well, https://forums.terraria.org/index.php?threads/boss-checklist-in-game-progression-checklist.50668

Although, I'm not sure if that could be modified to have a checklist for other stuff.

Nope, it's not only you. I've collected every item in the game because I just have to.

Edit: Oh, nope, that's not the one I used.

It's basically a worksheet where you can check off anything you collected so you can be sure that you own every item in the game.
It doesn't seem to be updated with the new Desert and Old One's Army content though.
