When I kill the first eye terraria crashes how do I fix it

Hi @SkilledGamer3962, welcome to the forums.
Is this a one-time occurrence, or does this happen every time you fight the Moon Lord? If it happened just once, I’d suggest just trying the battle again. If the game crashes every time you kill the first eye of the Moon Lord, then that would need more looking into. But without more info, there’s not much that can be done.
