Working as Designed Moon Lord spawn time doesn't freezes with world time on Journey Mode

There's a chance that this is a Working as Design, but freezing the time doesn't pauses the Moon Lord spawning.
I didn't tested this other case, but there may be the possibility that speeding up time doesn't makes him spawn faster either.
 
I wonder If you can make the time go so fast, that the boss warn appears and It doesn't ends up spawning because dawned.
 
The distinction is between real-world time and in-game time. Moon Lord spawns after about 1 minute real-world time, so the Journey mode time settings don't affect it.
Bosses that spawn at night appear at a certain in-game time (I think it's 9pm?) so again it doesn't matter how fast (or slow) the time is, it'll still eventually reach 9pm and the boss will spawn. If you turn off enemy spawns or skips ahead to dawn before then, the boss won't spawn.
