Items More Fishing Bait Concepts

A while ago I posted a concept for more rods (check it out here: More Fishing Rod Concepts) but I just realized I forgot about baits. So here are a few I came up with (will add more as I think of them):

PRE-HM:
Larvae (12%) increased power in honey. Found rarely near hives/honey in the jungle.
Spider Egg (15%) increased power in spider caves. Can also be used as a pet, Rarely dropped by spiders? (edit: apparently this already exists lol)
Party Bait (30%) increased power during a party. Purchased from the party girl during a party. An expensive but purchasable alternative to the journeyman bait.
Blood Worm (30%) found rarely during blood moons. Increased chance of fishing up enemies during blood moons, and a small chance to fish a blood moon enemy at night even outside of blood moons!

HARDMODE:
Rubber Worm/Infinite Can of Worms? (10%) weak but cannot be consumed. This would basically be the infinite ammo item for fishing. Awarded after 50 fishing quests.
Lava Bait (40%) not as good as master bait, but bonus fishing power in lava. Found in hellstone crates?
Duke's Fishbait (60%) rarely awarded by the angler from fishing quests after you have defeated Duke Fishron at least once. Increased fishing power in oceans?
Lihzahrdian Bait (75%) crafted 2 at a time from 2 master bait and a beetle husk (which gives late game players a reason to return to the temple)

And of course, mushroom/lava critters should give a bonus in their respective biome as outlined in my post here: Better Biome/Critter Fishing

I like these more than the rods proposed in the other post. I especially like the rubber worm idea, maybe make it more common in hardmode, as a way to make it into a tool for farming ore from hardmode crates.

There's a Spider Pet drop in Pumpkin Moon

Blood Moon Worm seems unnecessary considering you can get those buckets in Blood Moon (those you throw into water and increase fishing power)

Rubber Worm is a good one, but since is easy to have a lot of bait trough boxes and mission I not sure, but if has small fishing power, yeah, why not

Party bait is broken since you can trigger the event with a Party Girl's item

For Lava bait there're already captureable critters in the Underworld and if I'm right, there is also an accessory that allows fish in lava with any bait

Duke's fish bait could be a Shimmering of a Golden Worn post-something and, why not make increase fishing power in general? Like a 10%

The Lizajdjwi Temple Bait is a good one, Beetle Husk post the Armor are such a money source, with this will be useful

I didnt think of that. Maybe it only works during natural parties? or maybe this isnt even a problem

I suppose but I wanted a bait, more in theme with the others, rather than a critter

Golden work already makes an item that boosts fishing power; the gummy worm.

For Blood Moon there are:
The Buckets, already explain
And its own fishing rod, what increases the chance of fish a Blood Moon enemy during the Blood Moon

For the Party Bait, think this:
1st Start a Party with the furniture
2nd Buy a lot of Party Bait
Now you have a lot of Super Bait, an option could be locking it behind the piñatas with a small drop chance

The best 2 Ross are:
Golden Rod, has the best Fishing Power
Lava Rod(?, has the 2nd or 3rd best fishing power and make able to fish in lava

Also, there's an accessory what grants you the ability to fish in lava with any bait, the accessory is a material of the fishing tree accessory (only obtainable fishing in lava), so make special bait only to fish in lava seems redundant

1. You get lava rod
2. You capture some underworld critters
3. Drink a fishing potions and fish several boxes
4. Get the accessory
5. Trash the Lava Rod and all the lava bait
6. Get the Golden Rod
7. Fish wherever you want

Also, there isn't too much valuable that justifies fish in the underworld

I miss that Shimmering, then I'm not sure what could does that item

For Luck there's already an Item (by Shimmering a Pink Pearl)
