Blocks & Decoration More "Half Slabs"

By "half slabs" I mean the first hammered state of a block where its roughly half of the original block
I have a fairly decent knowledge of how blocks and spriting work in Terraria and I understand this may be a big ask considering the hundreds of blocks that this would affect. However, it would be one of the greatest additions for dedicated builders like me.
Adding more "Half slabs" for example up-side-down varients and on-side variants. This could make shaping walls and ect a lot better, which could revolutionize building.

I really think the Hammer's slab-like feature should be removed entirely and exported to some kind of early-game Chisel from the Painter or someone.

There are too many features being packed into an item with a toggle mechanism. Some sort of menu like the Grand Design is far preferable to a lengthy and tedious cycling.

However a tool that would do Slabs alone would be a very good idea too.
