Are you in normal or expert mode? What device do you play on? Is your playthrough vanilla or modded? This information will be really helpful for me to make suggestions.

Though I do recommend you fight Skeleton Prime first.

I recommend you build an arena with 5-6 rows of platforms. Use a gun such as the Clockwork assault rifle or the Gatligator.

For the Destroyer, I recommend you use the Nimbus Rod, and a peircing weapon such as the Ice Sickle.
