Terrarian
So Terraria Switch has recently been announced, and being the Nintendo fan I am, am showing what I want to see exclusive to this installment of Terraria.
1. Controls
Terraria on consoles had a great control scheme in my opinion. Terraria Switch should have a good control scheme to feel smooth, unlike the 3ds, with bad controls.
Overall, a polished set of controls are probably the defining aspects of the game. (3DS was bad because of controls)
2. Local Multiplayer
The Switch is all about being able to take it anywhere and play, or stay at home on the bigger screen. Local Multiplayer with other nearby people is a good idea IMO
On title screen:
Multiplayer --> Local Multiplayer --> Host Game/ Join Game
Also online play, where you can host a game for your friends to join. (Best for at home)
3. Touch controls
Personally I'm not too fond of the touch controls for 3DS and Mobile, but there are mobile/3ds fans out there. In the pause menu, select the new "Switch to touch controls' Button. This only works while the switch is out of the dock.
4. Leaderboard System
I thought the leaderboard System was a cool idea for the console edition, and I think it should return to the switch. (You must have a Nintendo account linked to see your position)
5. Exclusive Content
Exclusive content is the best way to get more buyers, because they want the new and exclusive stuff. For example: If I have Terraria on PS4, then why is there a point in buying X Box 1 Terraria? Let's say Terraria has exclusive Nintendo items to persuade more into buying it.
Now I have A LOT to suggest, so I will divide it into spoilers per franchise.
I'll add more ideas for exclusive content in the future, but leave your ideas for exclusive content!
