My friends and I can't connect to my server. (Stuck on connecting to)

This is a seperate issue from what I reported earlier.

My friends and I were playing for a while when one of them was unable to reconnect so I restarted the server.
After that none of us were able to connect to the server, I've tried verifying integrity of the game files, restarting my computer, and tweaking my firewall none of it worked.
I ran another server on my main machine and no one was able to join that one either.
 
Dinotree is using an unofficial paid server hosting system, which is reportedly having technical issues after the update (I would assume its not updated). Needless to say, its not under our jurisdiction for bug reports and we have no control over how it functions.

I'm interested in following up on your Linux issues, but will need more info to pursue it further, and will discuss with Chicken Bones about what is needed.

The issues I reported on my previous thread about the game crashing on launch and server crashing when someone tried to join were fixed a while ago, after that we got a few hours to play (1.4.4.1) then my server started having the above issues.

How many recent updates have there been? There seems to be more than just '1.4.4' and '1.4.4.1'. Since I updated from '1.4.4.1' to '1.4.4.1' and fixed my launch issues. Was there another update after that?

I've recently tried using https://terraria.org/api/download/pc-dedicated-server/terraria-server-1441-fixed.zip but it doesn't seem to fix the recent server issue.

Where does the terraria server store its logs?

Edit: Ok so I am able to join the server through LAN but no one seems to be able to join through the internet. Very strange because I haven't changed my router's firewall and checking it says my laptop is port forwarded with the port terraria uses
