Mobile My friends can't join my dedicated server.

No matter what I try, I can't seem to get my friends to join my server, while I can. I'm hosting the server on a windows computer, and have the right ip, have forwarded the port, and the only people who can join are people on my wi-fi. Is something missing? Any help is appreciated.

Did you port foward you up address or is it your router it’s one of those 2, that’s the way you have to do it
