1. give much MUCH more info so that programmers know what to expect
2. this is a meme mod, no programmer likes wasting their time on memes
3. you need to do a proof of concept (e.g. make part of the mod before hiring) otherwise the programmers won't bother

Also, unless the mod has already been worked on quite a bit, and you can show substantial content for it, it’s not time yet to create a thread in the “Works-In-Progress” section.
