Molten Bullets shouldn't take 1 bar of hellstone. At most 3-5 hellstone ore. And the On Fire debuff is a bit too overpowered. Maybe for 3 seconds?

Well, I realise now that there is only 2 types of bullets you can get pre-hardmode (Correct me if I'm wrong).

- Musket Ball
- Silver Bullet
- Meteor Shot (never underestimate this thing, it's damn powerful with a musket)

And for arrows:

- Wooden
- Fire
- Frostburn
- Unholy
- Jester
- Hellfire

But here's the thing, all of the bows in Pre-HM are pretty much the same. Molten fury is slightly unique because it sets wooden arrows on fire. But with bullet weapons, you're kind of introduced to the batch through-out Pre-HM. Where, before Hardmode, a lot of the bow's personality depends on its ammunition, the bullet weapons are different in themselves. Musket is a marksman rifle, the only of its kind until the Sniper Rifle. Minishark is the only automatic RoF beast before HardMode. Boomstick is the same story. And then we have the classic semi-auto pistols, namely the Phoenix Blaster, of which the trend dies along with the weapon once you get something better.

Point being, bullet weapons are still fun because there is still variety in their behaviour. I mean I guess I don't mind more ammunition.

However, small problem. The 'molten bullet' concept already exists; Sz has a thread for it. The Crimson bullet also seems exactly like his idea. Why I am sceptical is because bleeding doesn't do anything to mobs, so why did you add it as an effect without clarifying what it would actually do?

no, i mean remove the soul of night, and make it's stats a bit weaker, that kind of 'make'
I made an unholy arrow counter part. Check the "arrows" section. :)

I had never seen a thread by Sz. And I will come up with another debuff for the crimson bullet :p

Okay, I'm having trouble coming up with a debuff for crimson that affects enemies. Any suggestions?
It could be like a prehardmode Vampire Knives? But you know... weaker.

Also, the rainbow arrow would probably not be to well, because if you are using a repeater with them then rainbow trails will lag the game.

I hear you there. I never thought that they could lag the game, and the crimson bullet? Maybe it could steal life. I'll think about it.

1. Molten bullet
50 musket balls
3 Hellstone ore
Anvil
Makes 50 Molten bullet
9 ranged damage
7% critical strike chance

I did it differently, but as long as we get some, I'll be happy, I guess.
2. Iron bullet
70 musket balls
1 iron/lead bar
Anvil
Makes 70 Iron bullet
8 ranged damage
5% critical strike chance
No debuff.
Piercing damage.
No light.
Why not just make Musket Balls craftable with Iron or Lead Bars?
1.Corrupt bullet
25 musket balls
1 demonite bar
1 soul of night
Mythril/Orichalcum anvil
Makes 25 corrupt bullet
12 ranged damage

Makes 70 hallowed bullets

I don't see why not, but eh. Doesn't seem necessary next to Cursed, Ichor, and Crystal Bullets.
1.Bloody Arrows (crimson arrows)
5 wooden arrow
1 vertebrae
Anvil
Makes 5 bloody arrows
8 ranged damage
6% critical strike chance
Piercing damage. (3)
Affected by gravity.
3.4 velocity.
10% chance to drop after hitting a wall.
No specialty.
No debuff.
I'd have liked it to have an ability other than piercing, like Zoomo's suggestion in the Cyber, which leaves a lingering damage particle instead of penetration. It also uses a better alternate to Corruption's Worm Teeth, the Spider Mandible, which is better, imo, than using Vertebrae.
2.Golden Arrows
1 Gold ore
1 Wood
Anvil
Makes 10 golden arrows
10 ranged damage
9% critical strike chance
Non-piercing.
Affected by gravity.
5 velocity.
17% chance to drop after hitting a wall.
Increases chance for target to drop coins by 20%.
No debuff.
Why not, but it should be crafted with Gold Dust and inflict Midas like Golden Bullets do.
3. Meteorite Arrows
15 wooden arrows
1 meteorite bar
Anvil
Makes 15 meteorite arrows
11 ranged damage
Piercing damage.(3)
Affected by gravity.
6 velocity.
15% chance to drop after hitting a wall.
Can bounce once, but decreases speed by 1/2.
13% chance to inflict On fire! debuff for 4 seconds.
Why not? Could be cool.
1. Necro arrows
5 bone
5 wood
2 soul of night
Mythril/Orichalcum anvil
Makes 10 Necro arrows
13 ranged damage.
Non-piercing.
Affected by gravity.

9% chance to drop after hitting a wall.
Does an extra 10% damage when used with marrow bow.
No debuff.
Why not?

15 ranged damage.
Piercing (5)
Affected by gravity.
7 velocity.
15% chance to drop after hitting a wall.
Leaves a rainbow trail behind it which lasts for 5 seconds.
No debuff.
This would be rather OP. The Rainbow Gun, the only item that has this ability, is an extra-rare post-Plantera item, whereas this is available in early Hardmode.
3. Semtex arrows
35 wooden arrows
5 sticky grenades
1 soul of might
Mythril/Orichalcum anvil
Makes 35 Semtex arrows
20 ranged damage.
Non-peircing.
2 velocity.
Cannot drop after hitting a wall.
Sticks to the enemy and explodes after 2 seconds.
No debuff.
Just sounds like a buffed Hellfire Arrow, which would be kind of redundant.

Overall; not bad, but could be better.
