Suppose you're really focused on getting new NPCs, but you have them all. You're going to fight the Moon Lord, but you just want a new NPC as a reward.
I have an idea that would fix the problem.
Lunar Rebel
NPC
HP: 250
Defense: 15
This NPC sells items that relate to the Lunar Events. It will move in after the Moon Lord has been defeated when the usual NPC requirements are met.
It sells:

***If you think this is nerfed, look at the Last Prism. Also, there is probably no point in this, there being the Vortex Beater.
******The black hole lures enemies (other players too in PvP; does not lure yourself) when they are within the area of it, dealing mega-rapid streaks of moderate damage to them when they touch the black hole. When you are being sucked in the black hole it will give the Black Hole debuff which has the picture of a black hole (Tooltip: you are being lured into darkness). This black hole does wear off after about 5 seconds. You cannot use this again until the first one has worn off.

When the Celestial Events are in progress:
"HIDE ME! DON'T LET THEM FIND ME!"
"Please say this is a dream. IS THIS A DREAM?"
"Who's put the elements out of balance this time?"
When Party Girl is alive:
"Let me talk to [Party Girl's Name] about a celebration."
When Lunar Rebel is alive:
Dryad: "Why did you let [Lunar Rebel's Name] into the town? He is the enemy!"
Clothier: "[Lunar Rebel's Name] thinks he has it bad?"
Stylist: "You want me to give that cloak guy a new look? I don't even want to see his face!"
Nurse: "[Lunar Rebel's Name] thinks he's indestructable, yet he has scars all over his face."
