Biomes & Nature Ocean Update

Can we get an ocean update? The ocean is probably the most bland and unchanged biome. It would be cool to see something new, or to see something other than sand and water.

It would be actually cool to add some kelp to the ocean biome, so that it wouldn't be so deserted as it is now.

Maybe a small sunken structure? Maybe scaling it with the world size could work. Like if the world size is set to large, the sunken structure could be larger too.
