Console is the only thing with the masks and armor vanity remaining, so if you want the mask or trophy you might have to do a want to buy thing

From my understanding, pipeworks studios were the only ones to leave Titan, dragon, and spectral armor in the game as vanities, and if you had the trophy or mask, that’s the only way you could have them by having them earlier. Also the Titan, dragon, and spectral armor are sold by the traveling merchant sometimes, this is only console

They weren't removed from the PC version - they just never existed in the first place.
