PC Pause when Alt + Tab

I made AFK Farms so that I can watch Youtube or other things while my character is farming.
However for some reason when I Alt + Tab the game automatically pauses.

I was wondering if this could be turned off with an option, at least I didn't find any.

If you do Multiplayer>Host & Play I believe it won’t pause. You can play it by yourself, you don’t have to have other players join you in a multiplayer session.
