When riding a Mount/Minecart with Plaguebringer's Vanity set is equipped, the cape disappears. Not a crazy bug, but just thought I'd post it. Love you Re-Logic! You guys are in my prayers.

This "was" intentional, but we are re-assessing it now, to see if it can work.

As it currently stands, ALL capes disappear when using mounts, as there were some logistical issues. Hopefully we can adjust it now.
