Not sure if this is a bug or not, but it doesn't seem like it ought to be intended behavior.
When opening and closing doors, a random "thok" noise (the same sound you hear when you hit many enemies, such as slimes or zombies) is played even though there are no enemies around, and all the NPCs are on-screen, and there are no rescue-able NPCs that could be getting hit by enemies nearby. It seems to only happen when opening and closing doors, and I've only noticed the odd sound while in my forest town with normal wooden doors (don't know if the other doors do it too).
