This boss is possible to summon and defeat in early hardmode, but I would suggest leaving that till, like, post Moon Lord.

The boss will also spawn naturally after:
The WoF, EoC, EoW/BoC, Lunatic Cultist, Golem and Skeletron have been defeated.
This boss can be fought at any time of day but only will naturally spawn at night w/ a 5% chance after the above bosses have been defeated.
Other:
White Cultist Archers & White Cultist Devotes will periodically spawn around the boss.
The White Cultist Devotes have 1000 health, and the White Cultist Archers have 1500 health.
The White Cultist Devotes increase the bosses attack strength.

The White Cultist Devotes will not only increase attack damage, they will also heal the boss, but can NOT revive defeated sections.

Unless (Section)Health=0
n stands for the number of White Cultist Devotes
The White Cultist Devotes will also summon and launch blue fireballs at you.
The boss is also able to summon and launch the blue fireballs.
The boss is defeated when you defeat the brain & spine.
*Remember you can't hurt the brain until you defeat the skull.
The hands and eyes aren't required, but defeating them will give you a small gold bonus.
