So I've looked around the internet and I haven't found one site which supplies or does this reliably.
I have ingredients. I need to USE them to make something.
I do NOT want to know how to MAKE my ingredients.
I need to know what I can make WITH something, not how to MAKE that something.
Make sense?
How I envision this thread working is simple:
You post a list of ingredients you have lying around and want to get rid of, AND you look at other people's ingredients, and dig through your recipe book for something interesting that USES said ingredient. Assume everyone has basic kitchen essentials(milk, eggs, butter, sugar, flour, etc) and a $20 budget to go out and get stuff. Assume basic appliances(Oven, Microwave, sink, etc.). Assume all soup comes in condensed form. 1 pallet = about ~24 cans.
UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY THE POSTER.
EXAMPLE:
POSTER A has chocolate, so POSTER B Suggests chocolate cake. POSTER B has Carrots and Broccoli, so POSTER C suggests Vegetable Juice... and so on.
Sound simple? I'll start:
MY INGREDIENTS:
Bolded and Underlined items are priority... for some reason.
In general, prioritize perishables. (like my Persimmons)
For abundantly obvious reasons, posted recipes do not have to use ALL listed ingredients, but you get more likes the more ingredients you use.
Try to bold or italicize used ingredients, for ease of use.
Try to keep things civil.
