Hi again! After someone on the forums started using an avatar that was shockingly similar to this one and I kept getting us both mixed up, I figured it was time for a change. So here I am. While I wait for your response, I am using an avatar made by @daderpycoolguy.
Originally, I was gonna ask for one based off of Kirby, since he's my favorite Nintendo character of all, but then I realized that it probably wouldn't work out...since Kirby's pretty much the same thing as my avatar, but with different eyes that will probably be too big for the avatar, and if I ditched the eyes, there would be no difference between my old one! Plus, he'd actually look creepy as a VVVVVV character. So I decided to go with the closest thing to Kirby I could...which just so happened to be my Smash Bros. main, Jigglypuff.
Alright, enough rambling: On to the specifications.
Also, you can keep the normal eyes for this one, since Jigglypuff has other features unique to her. Really, just look up a picture and go from there.

I want a white one, with a yellow cap that is backwards, not flipped, and fill in the mouth and eyes with black. Make him animate so he shakes from side to side.
