Stuck on "Connecting To..." When Joining a Multiplayer Server

Whenever I attempt to connect to a multiplayer server, whether it is via IP or Steam (local not tested), it will become stuck on "Connecting to [server]...". I've checked the integrity of files, and disabled AV/Windows Firewall. I use Kapersky if that helps.

Yeah I sometimes have this problem(on mobile that is),the problem may be is that the IP has changed, or the server is down, just some thoughts on what it might be

That still doesn't explain why I can't connect to my friends on steam though. But I DID read the end of your message.

Hmmm maybe it’s their problem then too, have they tried what you have tried?

This happens to me as well, both when I'm hosting and when I'm connecting to someone else's server (Both via steam).

I'm not sure what causes this, but it usually works after the host restarts their game.

No, because it's on the public server end as well. I tried many different IPs, trust me.
