Blocks & Decoration Stuffed monsters

The idea for this decorative item is to be able to use a monster banner, cobweb, and a mannequin to make a placeble monster that is immobile, like you see in museums, they would be called stuffed monsters and would still have the banner effect although bigger ones would be harder to place
