This is my Boss Arena model that I always use.

Here's a little guide if you want to build this Arena:

I always build the arena with its center block in my world's Natural Spawn.

The Hidden Platforms are to stop the enemies of the Old One's Army.
As the Switches are invisible, I added different headlights that turn on and off when I activate or deactivate the platforms.

It was difficult to create a functional house for Nurse that was so compact.
And yes, I know it's not Nurse who's there.

Teleports B1 and B2 have blocks with actuators to close the room.
The Switch is invisible and I didn't mark it in the image.
