Swamp Gas - Dropped by Angry Trappers during a Blood Moon. The Swamp Gas weapon will spew a blue-green gas that can be ignited by fire weapons. When ignited, the gas particles will explode and multiply the damage of the fire weapon that was used by 3. If a source of cursed flames is used then the explosion will be continuous for 3 seconds, similar to the inferno fork.

It shouldn't be a multiplier at all, or at least not be a multiplier of other weapon's damage. Add-on damage like whip's tag damage make more sense for this game.

I agree that this does feel extremely modded, but it's very cool. If you ever get a chance to work on a mod, remember this idea.

I'm all for "scientifically accurate" weapons like this. As others have said, it feels a bit too modded, but otherwise it's still really cool.
