tAPI Stopped Work

I was making a mod some weeks ago and the tAPI was working ok but now it wont open anymore D:
When i Open the tAPI I only Hear the Oppening sound of terraria and after this appear the problem D:

Try going into "My Documents/My Games/Terraria/tAPI", and delete the "Config.json" file, then try to open the game again. This will erase all your changed controls and graphics settings, but seems to be the source of a bunch of people's issues.

If that doesn't work, go to "My Documents/MyGames/Terraria/tAPI/Mods/Local" and delete the "!ModState.json" file. This will disable all your mods, and you should be able to get in if it's caused by a mod. Then enable them one at a time until it happens again, and you'll know which mod caused it.
