Terraria freezes randomly

The game randomly freezes for 1-2 seconds. My computer isnt the problem since it can run other games smoothly. The freezes affects pvp and boss fights alot, plz fix ty.
Edit: My computer is Windows 10 Home Edition 64-bit Intel Core i7-6700HQ 2.6GHz

I had this once on my old PC and the problem seems to be over heating or or the hard drive being to slow to keep the information from the files going. I believe this since evrey-time it stopped the hard-drive ramped up and it was a 5400rpm, also my old pc had real bad cooling issues.
