Weapons & Equip The Cyclone Saber

Yay, suggestion!
How are you guys doin'? Good? Great. Let's get on with it.
First of all, a new monster: The Surge.

This guy. ((Thank @Haloboy01134 for the awesome sprite!))
The Surge
4,500 health
22 defence
Resistant to knockback
Flies around the player in a semi- circle and shoots lightning bolts for 35 damage. Every 3 bolts, The Surge will linger for a second and then charge at the player for 80 damage, then continue the pattern.
The Surge will go through walls, but the bolts will not.
The Surge will drop 3-5 gold.
The Surge will be a mini-boss that spawns in the hardmode rain after one mechanical boss has been defeated.
Drops:
50%: 5-10 Souls of Flight
10%: The Cyclone Saber
Now, let's get onto the weapon!

45 melee damage
Slow Speed
(Sword)Weak Knockback (Tornado) Very strong knockback
3% Crit chance

"Weak knockback? Slow speed? No thanks!"

Spoiler: Tornado Mechanics

When you swing the Cyclone Saber by just clicking, it will do nothing but swing the sword. But if you hold down, you will summon a tornado. First, there are three kinds of tornadoes: Small tornado; this one is three blocks tall and three wide and lasts for ten seconds. Normal tornado; this one is 6x6 and lasts for twenty seconds. The Big Tornado; Finally, this one is 9x9 and lasts for 30 seconds. The tornado disappears when you let go of the mouse. You can move the tornado around with the mouse. The tornado is not always on the mouse- it semi slowly moves forward the mouse. The tornado counts as melee damage, and pierces enemies. It does damage per one and a half second. Am I forgetting anything?

And I'm done! Took me a while, but I hope it's worth it.

Add it to the suggestion, then sprites can happen.
