Sprites The Harpy Falchion

I feel like there is a severe lack of things that players can make using Harpy feathers, just some potions and wings, we have never really had a reason to go and seek out feathers;
So I suggest a new sword which can be crafted from these feathers:

Harpy Falchion

Damage = 17 (Melee)
Knockback = 5 (Average)
Critical Chance = 5%
Use time = 16 (Very Fast)
Rarity =

Sell = 40

Tooltip = "Fires a razor sharp feather every swing"

Razor Feather

Damage = 5 (Melee)
Velocity = 6.5

(Launched from Harpy Falchion every swing)

This sounds pretty great but I think it needs to do a whole lot of more damage. We really don't get to the floating islands until late pre-hardmode/early hardmode, so this should do a lot more damage than 14 & 3. Other than that, looks great so far!

He said about expert, because you said you dont get to island until later stages and its kinda bad cause 14 damage.
But in expert mode we have two options in EARLY game aka start of the game:yolo ice cavern raid or go find floating island and pray for starfury.

As I said before, he is about how expert mode usually starts. Going for island is the least stressful way to get loot early on

this is kind of a necro, but could i possibly use the sprites from this idea to make this weapon into my mod? recently i've been working on making the sky more interesting, and so more items and weapons to get would be great.

You go to floating islands? I would replace those steps with:

-Get a ton of Jester's Arrows
-Find an Enchanted Sword Shrine
-Cry about fake
-Find next Shrine
-Take Sword
